Hey everyone! How are you all?
A while back I posted about my morning routine. Well, I’ve changed that routine a little bit and I feel amazing. Now, when I get up I start doing “brain-ups” for 10 minutes. Brain-ups are an awesome brain exercise where you focus your thoughts on all the things you’re grateful for. For example, I’m grateful for my warm bed, I’m grateful for my spouse, I’m grateful for my hot water, etc. I also started to drink 2 cups of room temperature water right away. The water does something amazing to my brain! Brain-ups and water are how I get my day off to an amazing start!
